Staff

Heidi Gentry is our Office Manager and she also handles the insurance billing for both locations. She has a degree in Health Services and brings over a decade of chiropractic office expertise. Heidi has been with Synergy since we opened in 2020. She and her husband Toby are proud parents to their four children who range in age from 16 to 27, and pet parents to their 4-year-old Bloodhound, Molly. Beyond work, Heidi enjoys hosting gatherings for family and friends, going to concerts, reading, and eagerly anticipates decorating for Halloween and Christmas.

Cathy Christie is our Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduler at the Evansville location. She brings two decades of medical office experience to her role at Synergy. Cathy has a genuine passion for interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our door with her warm smile and welcoming demeanor. Outside of the office, Cathy enjoys hiking scenic trails, riding bikes, and going on weekend trips. She shares her adventures with her husband, Andy, and their blended family of six kids, spanning ages 15 to 25.

Kelly Paddick is our Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduler at the Princeton office. She has been with Synergy for a year, but her career began in 1983 at the same Princeton practice, where she has worked with three different providers over the last 40 years. Kelly excels at patient interaction where her friendly demeanor and vast experience ensure a welcoming environment. Kelly’s love for animals shines in raising and breeding German Shorthair Pointers since 1998. She later added Labrador Retrievers and Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. Her current companions include 2 Labs (Echo & Chaos), 4 GSPs (Joker, Mercy, Annie, & Morgan), and 2 Chessies (Angus & Icon)

Nadya Greenwell is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has 7 years of experience, including 3 years at Synergy and holds a 700-hour Massage Therapy certification. Nadya was adopted from Russia at age 5, and since then has called Newburgh home. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her husband Jeff and one-year-old son Atticus, and their family dog Tetsu. Nadya also enjoys gardening, reading, Zumba, and cooking & baking new things to share with her family. 

Faith Deans is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a July 2023 Massage Therapy program graduate and is the newest addition to our team. Beyond her professional career, Faith has a heart dedicated to animal welfare and is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of animals. At home she enjoys the company of her rescue cats Ozzy, Bartholomew, Simba, Rupert, and Giuseppe. She also loves spending time with her family, especially her many siblings, nieces, and nephews, being outdoors, and learning to cook.

Tammie Hosick is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has a 12-year tenure in the field, with 3 of those years dedicated to our practice. In addition to her massage therapy certification, she is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and trained in the Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique. Before becoming a massage therapist Tammie worked in chiropractic offices for 13 years, gaining valuable experience in administrative work, insurance billing, and chiropractic assisting. Tammie has been married to her husband, Tom, for 37 years. Together, they have two wonderful sons, two grandchildren and a sweet kitty, Elsa.

Jill Fleming is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She brings a wealth of experience to our practice with 15 years in the field, including 2 years at Synergy. In addition to her 700-hour Massage Therapy certification she holds certifications in Reiki Level I & II, and Kinesiotaping. Jill is a native of Evansville. She is a proud parent to three adult children and several grandchildren. She likes to spend her time outside of work crocheting and with her two cats, Cindy and Daisy.
